Since our beginnings in 2006, the goal of Welch Design Studio has been to integrate the best of architecture’s beginnings with inventive designs, creativity, spirit and CUTTING-EDGE technology. Before we design, we do our homework—researching zoning laws, building codes, site conditions, and property records. We coordinate surveys and work with consultants to spot constraints early. This preparation ensures a smooth, successful project.
We Shape the Vision
Here’s where ideas take shape. With sketches, mood boards, and concept studies, we explore creative paths that reflect your goals. This hands-on, collaborative phase leads to a clear, inspired, and refined direction for the design ahead.
We Design the Details
With the layout set, we guide the selection of finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, tile, and paint. Every detail is curated for a cohesive look. We help you visualize each room—this is where your project takes shape and the design truly comes to life.
We Get Ready to Build
In the Construction Documents phase, we turn the design into detailed drawings for permits, pricing, and building. We coordinate with consultants and builders to align every detail—while permits process, we gather bids and prepare the site.
We Bring It to Life
As construction begins, we stay closely involved—leading site visits, tracking progress, and working with the build team to ensure precision. We solve issues in real time and protect the design vision, delivering a space that’s built beautifully and uniquely yours.
